I took out an airtime subscription through my edgars account two years ago. the religiously debited my account including interest. my contratc came to an end this year and i ahve been trying to cancell this since then. i have soken to numerous rude call centret agents with out me through from one department to another only to promise someone will call me back. i personally went into the store and cancelled this and to date i am still being billed. the call centre has no manager to take your complaint neither is the agent compassionat eto assist. i will never use edgars again or recommend them to anyone. since then i have closed my account ans still waiting for teh charges to stop coming thru. what a pathetice service for a company who claims to put the client first
