DISGUSTING SERVICE

Disgusting service from the accounts department at House and Home, no way of dealing with customers. Rude and no etiquette. I will never buy from them again. They do not know what they are doing, gave me a refund of someone elses account, and convinced me its my money after 8 checks from different managers. Now 18 months later they want to imply I the money and I'm the criminal. I've had it with this company. Will never refer anyone to them.
