DISGUSTING RUDE AGENT

I have never in my life been more appalled than by the conversation I had with someone called Raihannah today 24/10/2013 at 12:46. My account is one month in arrears with ARRANGEMENTS MADE to simply pay the outstanding amount at the end of the month and this individual feels that she has the right to be so rude and disrespectful??? I work with agents all the time and I know for a fact that this behaviour is unacceptable. I will NEVER buy from you EVER AGAIN on principle. DISGUSTING
