HOUSE AND HOME EDENVALE HAVE NOW IDEA WHAT THAT DOING AND HOW THEY SHOULD BE TREATING CUSTOMERS!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MY PERSONAL ACCOUNTS HAVE TO DO WITH A PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT, ESPECIALLY AFTER I WAS RETENCHED FROM AND WHY WOULD I REQUIRE A LETTER/AGREEMENT FROM MY EMPLOYMENT AS PROOF AS RETRENCHMENT BUT HOWEVER I STILL HAVE TO BRING MY EX BOSS WITH ME TO HOUSE AND HOME SO THAT THEY CAN COMPLETE A FORM STATING THAT I HAVE BEEN RETRENCHED!!! MY PERSONAL ACCOUNTS HAVE GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER AND I HAD ALL THE DOCUMENTS THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED AND CERTIFIED. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND SHOULD BE FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. UTTERLY DISGUSTING!! IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WHOSE ACCOUNTS ARE PAID UP TO DATE AND WANT TO SORT THINGS OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE WHOSE ACCOUNTS ARE IN ARREARS!!
