CREDIBILITY OF INSTITUTION

I studied via a company I was employed in with PSG Konsult or USB as they previously referred the academy. I did SS2 with the academy and was sent a competency letter which is a statement of credits. 02yrs later I requested a copy of that statement of credits and it was sent to me again with amendments because apparently at the time we were issued statement of credits and awarded wrong credits. This I requested because I was changing companies and my new employer needed confirmation of credits. 03yrs later, now with another company because the previous had moved offices I again used the same statement of credits with my new employer. When the new company I'm working for tried to confirm my credits, the staff at PSG Konsult informed them that I do not appear anywhere on their system and according to their records I did not study the qualification with them. I registered again & worry what will happen in future if I need my information if they will be capable to provide as this affects my employment. Are they realy credible to provide accreditation services? For me it should either be "Not Competent" or "Competent" not to say I never studied for SS2 with them. Where are my records?
