Mutoh kona 1400 and Easy sign a waste of money

I have bought a mutoh kona 1400 cutter from mips the product has never worked properly. it has been almost 2 years now and still no joy with my cutter, i had to reload software on my computer due to corruption, now the easy sign software will not load it has been over 3 weeks that my cutter is not working, i have to turn away work due to this. i have sent numerous messages to managment via the technician Nico and emails with no response from managment. If you are reading this please dont waste ur time and money on the mutoh cutter and even more so with Mips Technologies, i wonder if Mutoh know how bad your service is. and i know of at least 2 other clients who are really unhappy.
