I contacted Jean Luc regarding procedures on approx 14 Oct 2013. The response was not in line with the query. I since missed a deadline for a promotion kalahari was offering. I have since sourced it from an overseas supplier 30% cheaper. I mailed Jean Luc back informing him of this, and still gave our local supplier a chance to come to an agreement on the promotional price. I have had no reply in 3 days. I tried calling the call centre to escalate this. Escalating a query is as bad as dealing with a cellphone company. Team leaders are not available to the public. This is the attitude after I expressed the urgency so that I do not miss out on the possibility of getting the item from [URL Removed] za as explained in my email.

Sorry, I am not proudly South African and am not motivated to buy local!
