Paid up lette

I requested a paid up letter for an account that was paid up last year March and was told I should receive it in 48 hrs but that never happened call again and spoke to another agent and she told me the person responsible for that is on leave but will send another request! I mean come on, what must I do in the mean time as that letter is needed ASAP.What is this world coming to with such an appalling service
