I bought a Cyclo Vac Four months ago and one of the extention pipes cracked so that i can not use it. Now i have to buy a replacement, as this part of the product is not under guarantee. It appears as if this is a fault of the product as I could not get a replacement as they were out of stock and have other persons waiting!!!
If this is a product fault it should not be up to me to replace it, but the supplier.
