I have purchased an expensive bedroom suite at this furniture outlet just over a year ago. It was a complicated piece that needed installation by the workmen of the outlet. To cut a long story short I've noted that my bedroom suite is starting to fall apart from loose drawers to unstable headboard. I brought this to the attention of a Branch Manager and I could not believe the shocking response to my complaint. He started being evasive mentioning that its already over a year now and their warrant is only 12 months. What about that for an outlet that prides its itself in selling high quality products not to mention at exurberant prices? Firstly I could not find any written/expressed warranty on the paperwork copies. The point is, as the customer who spent more than 50K in this establishment I find the service of the Branch Manager appalling and disgusting to say the least. I have tried to navigate Geen & Richards website to raise my complaint with their customer service dept but there is provision to register customer complains. This affirms my view that indeed Geen & Richards does not care about their customers if they were, they would be a platformto escalate unresolved complaint
