TFG stuff not to be trusted eve

On the 20th of July Biannca made a purchase on my accout just 10 minutes after I made a purchase by her. And no my card was not lost as I made a payment with it the next week and I still do, a investigation was opened early september I never received a call from TFG to inform me that were going to block my purchases but I can continue making payments, went to follow up in october at cape gate store, was told investigation will only start when Bianca has given birth, yesterday went to follow up again at somerset. Mall store there I was told it take up to 60 days, so I have to wait another 2 months for me to make purchases. MY installment and interest has increased due to this they have all the evidence but they putting me at disadvantage, TFG customers please read your statements you might be shocked to see the balance and interest you owe is due to their stuff, I will never pay my account again they can do whatever I don't care, they've just lost a good customer.
