On my Edgar's account.

On 6th of March 2013 I received a call from Edgars call centre querying recent purchases on my account. The purchases were made in Johannesburg at different stores never exceeding R1400. The purchases were made in Hermiston, South of Johannesburg, JHB CBD and clear water mall all in the same day for a total of R7482. I disputed this purchase and was informed that an investigation would be done and it would take 3 weeks to complete and also I should go to an Edgars store to fill in the dispute forms.
I went to Edgars in Witbank in the CBD which is close to my office and completed the relevant forms assisted by Refiloe. On 28th of March I enquired on the status of investigation in Giyani at Edgars Active, they contacted Edgar's customer centre which advised i be issued with a new card. I did not have my I.D with me to register the new card but used my driver's licence to R400 as to ensure I don't have arrears in my account.
On 2nd April i called Edgars customer line to understand progress of the investigation and I was told that a different department handles disputes and was given an alternative number to contact them.
I spent the whole day calling
