I want to complain about truworths' bad service. On 30 March 2013 I went to Truworths to buy a Pair of Jeans and a top when I get to the till the consultant or cashier by the name of Tumi told me that their speed point had a problem with FNB and Standard Bank debit cards and I told her that mine is ABSA and she took it and swipe then I punched my pin and it was approved and immediatly I received an sms notification that R720.00 went out but we did not get the receipt from their machine. Tumi told me that an I will receive an sms to refund my R720.00 until today I havent recieved it. I went home and the following day 31 March 2013 I went to tell them I didn't receive sms refunding my money. The assistant Manger William told me they can't refund me without proof. I then call the bank and confirm that the amount of R720.00 is being settled for truwoerds. I gave them the proof and Tebogo (Manager) made a copy of my bank card and proof and said she will fax it to the Head Office on 04 April 2013 andit takes 5 day for them to transfer back my money. I didn't receive a call from her until 07 April 2013 no reply. 08 April 2013 she call to tell me that Esmia is busy asssiting- Head Off. Wtng
