Bad attitude/ bad feedback

This was the mail I sent last year and I had to call them back to find out what was happening :

On the 16 December 2012 I went to Markhams in Manyard (Wynberg Cape Town) mall planning to pay my account, I arrived at the store and there was no one at the till area. So I tried to get the attention of an old lady who I sow she was unpacking wallets who deliberately ignored me, after the fourth time of me saying excuse me she looked up with a harsh tone saying " I am the only one here ". So I walked out the store since I don't accept attitude like that. If your staff members are trained to deal with customers in that manner I find it disgusting. I would like to receive feedback in this issue and I am considering closing my account with you guys if issue isn't resolve before the end of January 2013. I would like to be even called to the store if you guys take my matter seriously otherwise from the end of January 2013 I want my account with Markhams cancelled.
