They refuse to help me point blank!!!

I asked my partner to report my stove in the beginning of September (The one plate not working), he then did so. He spoke to the manager and she told him that someone from the store will come the following Saturday. We waited and waited, when he went there again to find out why someone hasn't come and repair the stove the manager couldn't give him a straight answer. I then called on that same day to find out why they haven't been to my place and the manger was playing hide and seek with me. I was told she was in a meeting and asked to leave my details, 4 days after I called AGAIN as she hadn't returned my call and I was told she was in training and asked to leave a message yet AGAIN. For the second time I leave a message. I then decided to stop my debit order (d/o) because I saw that these people think im a fool, days after the d/o was stopped the store called me asked why I hadn't paid. I explained to them that i stopped the d/o because of their store not helping me, all the lady did was NOT COME A SOLUTION BUT just say okay thank you. I really think these people are running a circus, no one wants to help. ALL THEY WANT IS FOR US TO GIVE THEM SALES THEN THEY NEVERTHERE!!!
