Incredible Connection
No one knows where to find an item

I drove from Edenvale to Greenstone Incredible connection to buy the Rapper Car Holder For 7" 10.1" Tab, advertised on promotion from 12-15 Sept 2013. When I entered the store there were over 10 Sales people and a gentlemen approached me (did not get his name). I explained what I was looking for and he looked around and later decided to pass me on to Refiloe. Refiloe mentioned that the Car Holder was somewhere around but she too couldn't find me. She then told me that she has just returned from Leave and not sure where the other lady might have put all these items, with the expression to say tough luck dude. I told her that I drove all the way from Edenvale and surely someone in the store should know where it is. I was told she will try and phone the "lady" who moved them from their original place. Whilst on the phone she was joined by someone and they just chatted away oblivious to the fact that I was just standing there like an. At this point I decided to leave the store.. this is disgusting to treat a customer like this
