I went to report a gas stove that has a problem with the burners. When i went to the store there was a sales manager not really interested in helping me, after waiting for 20 min he finally attended to me and asked someone to assist. This was 2 months ago, the person took down my details and said the supplier will contact me to arrange for repairs. 2 weeks later, someone phones me to repair my Fridge, i explained its not a Fridge but a Gas stove. He said someone els will phone me, after not hearing anything again for 2 weeks, i called again and asked Kabelo the Sales agent to assist. He phoned me back and said someone will phone me in 2 days. Its been 2 weeks again and still no phone call. I am very annoyed with this service. First you have a manger that is more worried about sales than after sales, then the incompetence in getting a service ticket logged and followed through. This after spending R7k. This store will not receive any more sales from me and be sure I will not refer any of my family or friends, in fact i will go out of my way to refer them somewhere else.
