How on earth can a company expect you to pay for the delivery of your replacement bed after 4 weeks of US running after THEM!!! Errol's incompetence is bad enough but now I get a call from a separate delivery person saying I must pay them CASH to collect the faulty bed and drop off another!!! DISGUSTING!!!
