Dangerous Baby Boy Shoes

I reported a defective baby boy shoe to Customer Services. It is a boys leather Walkmate shoe at Woolworths in Kenilworth Centre. The inside nylon stitching was pulling so badly at the back that it would have cut my little one's foot.

I returned it to Customer Services and went to the shops shelves and noticed that a few of this type of shoe was defective. These shoes start in size 4 and babies of a year old cannot tell their mothers if a shoe if cutting into their feet or hurting.

Please look investigate asap to avoid any injury to little children. I would appreciate feedback on this please.
