I was approached by an agent working for Philomina Consulting, selling a JSE trading software (xchnge). I was told to buy the CD and I would get it in within 3 days. And I would be assisted with trading every day with updates every 15 minutes. After 3 days I still did not have the CD. After a month I got the CD delivered. When I put the CD, the password was not working. I then called the office number including the agent a number of times that month of April. All this time I kept being told "someone" was going to assist me. I finally got fed up and told them I was cancelling the program. They agreed only to charge me the full R16 200 a month later. It's been 5 months now and still waiting for refund.
When I call the admin dept they give me a run around and tell me I entered the password wrong.
Avoid even talking to these people. They bug you when they want your money, after that they avoid you like leprosy.
