Delivered damaged bedroom suite and are not coming

We paid for a bedroom suite on Friday 11 October 2013 which they said would be delivered on Tuesday morning. Delivery never took place until 6 pm. The delivered item turned out to be damaged and there was a promise to replace. Nothing has happened till today and they are pushing us up and down like a yoyo.

We are fed up!
