Ant found embedded in Pie Pastry

On the 13/10/2013, while making a pie with Today's Ready Rolled Puff Pastry an ant was found embedded in the pie dough while rolling out the dough.
Quite disgusted at this, I took a picture of it and mailed it to the customer care mail address stated on the packaging. Up till now I have not received any acknowledgment of my complaint depicting very poor service levels from Heinz.
