Lodrick is a wonderful baker at PnP Cedar. I have been going to him for years whenever I need something and he always makes sure he finds or makes what is needed. Offering tips and advice on the way. today I HAD TO HAVE dough for a cooking project for my son for school tomorrow and I only found out in the late afternoon when dough making was done. He made up a 3kg batch for me without blinking and eye and still apologized for keeping me for 10 min while he made it freshly.
