Heinz In Style
Heinz extremely rude to bride!

My fiance go's to Heinz in Style in Port Elizabeth to go get a suite for our wedding. Then Heinz confinces him to get a silver tie and not the colour that he asked for and needed for the wedding. I phone Heinz and ask the secretary to please add the colour tie as he asked for and for Heinz to call me back.
I call back the next day to ask again for the colour, Heinz answers the phone and extremely RUDE states that he has added the colour as I asked and that he doesnt WASTE his time calling back for nonsense that the BRIDE insists on.

I feel that this is terrible service as Heinz was extremely rude! to a paying customer.
