Repeatedly bad customer service

On numerous occasions I have left Fiona's fabrics in a bad mood for all of the following reasons. Horribly over priced fabrics, staff fighting with each other over customers, pricing always incorrect but stating on sale, management speaking horrifically to staff, management sitting fat and pretty behind the tills shouting the odds and worst of all is the way they speak to me the customer when querying a price!

So this morning I decided to give them one more chance to see if I could actually have a pleasant experience in this shop but boy was I wrong. They are having a sale which states on posters around the store "20% sale on all fabrics except marked down items". Get to the till to pay, politely ask if the 20% discount applies as it doesn't have the marked down sticker sale sticker on the fabric tag. I get a rude snappy response from what must have been the owner who was previously sleeping behind the counter that its impossible to mark all the fabric they stock. Really? Is that the best customer service response u can give? If it was the first time I could forgive but their management skills, bad attitude, rudeness and lack of customer service is an embarrassment to country
