INCORRECT CHARGES AND NO FEEDBACK

I returned goods, and the amount was charged to my account instead of credited. It should have been sorted out almost three weeks ago, despite numerous emails, phone calls and personal visits to the store, this has still not been sorted. I can not believe that it is this difficult to get something so simple sorted out. My "corrected" account was sent to me by Mbali Ndlovu from call centre, but it is the same incorrect account. The email address is full, emails are returned, and when you call the customer experience number 0800203925, the phone is picked up and immediately put down again.
