No closing letter after a week

To whom it may concern,

We have been trying over a week to get our closing letter. We paid the account up to date (Settlement amount) and sent through all the paperwork and four emails asking everytime for Abegail to please sent the closing letter. We also emaild it to [Email Removed] no one has come back to us. This is not acceptable.

This is very rude.

Please just forward the closing letter. (That we have asked for over and over again)

Why this is always a issue with your company I do not know.
