Dear Head Office

Just the other day i received a letter in the post from Edcon stating that they will be closing my account due to you selling (Or what ever you are doing with ABSA) and that you do not have enough information on me and that is why you will be closing my account at the end of the year.

Its very funny that you can send me my invoices in the post, you can email me your specials and you can sms me all kinds of garbage but you cant phone me, send me an email stating that you require more information from me so that you don't close my account.

I have had this account for at least 10 years and have never paid it late and have always paid more than the monthly minimum.

Is this how you treat all your clients??? by sending them a letter in the post stating that you are closing there account for the reason: We don't have enough information on you.

I would like to know what you will do about this???
