HARASMENT FROM PICK N PAY

I bought a few items and did a cash back on the 14 October, the teller processed the transaction and i got an sms from Capitec the money went off my account and the slip showed approved. went to the bank with the supervisor Joyce to confirm that the money the went off my account according to Capitec the transaction is hanging waiting for PnP to allocate. But today got a call from Gerry now demanding my bank or Id number for them to reverse the transaction, so i can come in and re-do it again. Its unacceptable that they want my details to reverse the transaction because its not my problem its between PnP and Capitec. Did i anything from PnP cause now i feel they are making me out to be a criminal???!!!
