CAPITEC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS

My money is supposed to be safe in the bank, but it is not like that with Capitec. There are fly by night companies that are debiting my account (since 2011). Capitec used to reverse the transaction without any problems, but now they want a letter of cancellation from the "company". How do I get that because I do not know who these people are? I have been calling these people for two and a half weeks now, and everyday they tell me they have to do investigations, but their system is down (FOR TWO AND A HALF WEEKS). I got to Capitec, they tell me they cannot reverse it because these people are doing investigations. Is that how you should treat your customers? Capitec bank is just not willing to help.
