Poor customer service

Reported poor service at above branch on Monday and found no difference when I went to the store today. This morning I stood at the Chicken counter searching for the PnP packs of Thighs advertised in a leaflet. When I did not find the product I had to search for someone to help. The lady was gone for over 5 minutes to find the person in charge. When he did arrive, he did not bother to look for the item, but said that he would be back with the correct item. 10 minutes later he comes back with no explanation. He took a few 4 pack thighs (this was not the one advertised) and disappeared for another 5 minutes. He brought them back with R29, 99 advertised. Other people grabbed them before I did. I was upset that I had wasted so much time because the store was not ready with the products advertised. this has happened previously too. And then the was the further wait at the tills, because of insufficient tellers. This was a branch that never had this problem. Having the square crates near the tills is a nightmare especially when the queues are long.
