Slow service/unavailability

On a number of occasions I have visited this store between 6h30 and 7h00 during the week since the beginning of this year. There is a big problem with staff shortages during this time of the morning as there is -3 people having to take orders. make food and serve. These 3 include the manager. It is a constant run around behind the counter as there are just not enough hands. This morning I spent close to half an hour in the store ordering and waiting for my food.

The unavailability (not ready) of certain foods that are advertised on the breakfast menu is also a problem. (i've encountered this at many other KFC stores as well). I was in the store at 6h50 and there was still no chicken ready as advertised for the Streetwise AM. Surely it does not take 50 minutes to cook the chicken? The store also only had 4 sachets of white sugar. I do not take brown sugar.
