Extremely Bad Service

I had ordered several types of garment clothing labels for my clothing range, the standard turn around time stated on the website is 15 working days which I found acceptable. However, I placed my order and paid in full on 10/09/2013 and still have not received my goods to this day being 16/10/2013. Due to this company's manufacturing incompetence my business has lost time and not met deadlines which in turn costs me money which I have expressed to them on a number of occasions but seemed to be falling on deaf ears as they aren't concerned seeing as how they have received payment in full! I am extremely disappointed with their service and would NEVER recommend this company to anybody.
