4 months and still waiting for items I purchased

On 7th May 2013 placed and paid for 33 items of clothing. It is now 4 months later and i have received 5 items most of which look nothing like the pictures advertised. No communication except via social media where I have been called a range of names from dog to pig.
We need to stop people taking our money and not delivering the goods.
