Poor quality goods

Me and my colleague bought 3 strapless bras (wonder bra) at Foschini in savannah mall in polokwane amounting to R419 each on the 08th Aug 2013.Unfortunately we made our lives a living as it was as if we have been whipped by a sjambok at the back and funny enough the three of us incurred all those injuries. We lodged a complain and were advised to return them so as to do some quality checks .we send our photos as well. I kept on phoning or any development and haven't as yet received any response. They took all the bras from the floor but last week I went there only to find that they put a caution sticker that state (This product has silicon coated elastic, discontinue wearing if u experience discomfort) Im of the opinion that the caution was suppose to be there to alert us in the first place. I really don't understand as to why do I have to nag them for non response. I reserved one bra to enable me to do my quality check if permitted.
