Burned Popcorn Chicken Shaker (pops)

On the 08/02/2012 i purchased hot wings and chicken pops and i was given burned chicken pops. i went back to the store to return them. i was given bad attitude and i was advised that i don't know what i am talking about and that all the pops are made that way. i purchase pops at that store almost every week and i know how burned food looks like. they even smelled of burning. They did not want to make me another batch of pops and i opted to take my money back. The stuff gave me bad attitude and made me feel stupid like i don't know what i am talking about.
