Overall appalling attitude

Tuesday 25 June 2013, I met with your regional manager to address my concerns over the months I've been to your store. Monday 15 July 2013, emailed about nothing was addressed and my email was ignored. It seems that complaining on this site gets results or at least noticed.

Anyhow, I bought a full chicken today from your store and it was shocking. NEVER again will I even contemplate buying a ready-made chicken from your store.

Also, why does the cashier/teller do the packing... surely there should be 2 people : 1 teller, 1 packer so that customers do not have to wait for service.
