Take customer's money and time for a joke

I lodged a complaint yesterday on here about their store Jet that sells same quality as PEP Stores but NO ONE bothered responding!!! Their shoes only last about a month or just over a month! Our time and money are being taken for jokes!! Mmmmm maybe they make too much money now a days to be bothered!!!
