Complain on Hello Peter before getting service???

Hi there
I really do not understand why one need to complain on Hello Peter first before getting service. I have registered on 08/10/2013 on the Edgars website so I can get my statements electronically as i don't seem to get it in the post anymore. The mail stated that the registration details are being processed and i will receive a confirmation mail. I followed up yesterday but no feedback. My ref is 2032364/20131008/C.N.R. I also requested that the protection plan be cancelled/closed from my account, yet as always, no feedback. I want to pay my account in full and switch to the 6 month interest free account, but would like to know if this can be done as I see alot of people complaining that they are told that this cant be done or the 6 month account does not exist. I am on the brink of closing my account and moving to another supplier.
