No Delivery After 2 Weeks

I find it completely ridiculous that after 2 weeks I have still not received my delivery, further to that it says online that my order was delivered which is an utterly false statement, I have sent two emails with absolutely no feedback as to the whereabouts of my order, adding to the fact they have already deducted the money off my account. what is the point of ordering it online and it says expect delivery in 3 to 8 days, I should have rather went to a mall and bought what I wanted and saved myself all the effort in trying to locate my purchases!
