I have received a gift from a friend, purchased from La Senza, for my bridal shower. It was a leopard print piece of lingerie, but unfortunately does not fit me. The tags verify that it IS a La Senza item, and the tags are fully attatched, neither has the garment being worn. However, I obviously do not have the Receipt as it was a GIFT, and I cannot exchange it. I humbly requested to head office that I be allowed, due to the circumstance. I do not require cash or a refund. All I asked for was an exchange for the same or similar item, or even a gift card to be used at the same store. However, I was bluntly refused as they insist on a receipt! I am very disappointed as La senza is a huge international brand with many stores across the globe, and they cannot supply good customer service or requests. Little stores such as Trenery and Country Road allow us to do this. I will no longer purchase from lasenza and announce this terrible service
