Gate Closure

Last Sunday my husband and I went to Makro. It was just before 1pm and we were not aware that the shop closed at 1pm. Half the gate was closed, but there was a security guard letting cars in. So in we went and only found out the closing time once we got to the door. When we tried to leave by the same gate the guard signalled to us that we couldn't go out, while continuing to let cars in. When I tried to ask him why we couldn't go out and why he was letting people in when the shop was already closed he just shouted at me to go out the other gate (the other gate is in the opposite direction from where I wanted to be going). He was extremely rude and kept shouting at me and throwing his arms around. I am not someone who makes complaints, but this had really got me upset. So I parked and went inside to find a manager. The lady at the desk phoned a manager, who was too busy for a complaint. She phoned another who claimed he was coming down. After waiting about 10mins she called him again, again he claimed to be one his way. After about another 5mins he still had not appeared. Obviously this was a refusal to hear out my complaints, they obviously do not value their customers.
