NWJ-Pavilion- Huge Disappointment

Gave in a gold neck chain to make 3 hand chains, was told about the quotation & accepted the quotation as per Ann in admin. Was told going to be ready on the 16th October. Because i'm working, confirmed what time they close on a weekday. Was told at 7pm. Was looking forward to giving them as gifts on Wednesday the 16th, its Eid. Received a call today to state that there was confusion & the workshop returned my chain as is & did not make the bracelets. Reason given "seems to be a mishap". Totally unacceptable as i gave it in on the 29th September. I was expecting professional service from such a reputable store, but i am totally disappointed. Got to wait another 2 weeks before i get these back.
