On Monday the 18th of March I phoned Mr Canopy Mr Tint to make an appointment to repair the rubbers on my canopy and fit it on my bakkie. She said I must bring in the canopy for a quotation which I did the same day. She gave me the quotation and said I must bring the canopy on Wednesday for repair and fitment. I asked her if I may leave the canopy there till Wednesday on which she said yes. Wednesday I never received a phone call to take my bakkie for fitment and seal of the canopy on my bakkie. I phone her at 14h00 to find out if there was a problem why they never phoned me when I realised that my cell number was not on the quotation. So I gave my number to phone me when they are ready for my bakkie. At 16h45 I phoned again on which she asked me if I will fit the canopy myself on which I said no. Then she became very rude and said I must bring the bakkie after 15 minutes but I went to the workshop after my phone call. When I arrived I could see they are busy fitting the rubbers on my canopy. In 15 minutes time they were finished and only then open the gate for me. I drove in my bakkie and park it in front of the workshop. She came to me and very rudely she requests me
