Shocking waiting period and attitude!

I have been looking for a Kia Rio Tec and the salesmen at the various dealerships have been trying to push off Rio's that is not the specification I want.
Rudzani Mahadulula had contacted me from Kia SA yesterday - due to being in a meeting I couldnt not take the call. She sent me an email, the content of which sounded urgent and I should reply as soon as I get the mail which i did but she never called.
I called today and she read my mail-as if for the first time while I waited on the phone.
She said she will call me back which she did.
She told me I some dealerships required a deposit for the Rio!
Futhermore I was not asked to sign an offer to purchase to be on their waiting list which Rudzani Mahadulula now tells me I needed to sign to be on the waiting list otherwise I wont get the car! So I have been waiting this long for nothing!
When I enquired about the 6 month waiting period and went on to complain about waiting that long, and rather purchase another brand than Kia. She hung up on me!
Shocking waiting period and attitude will cost you customers!
I think I will take my money else where!
