My friend bought me the Espresso Cap machine two years ago, i recently phoned the number on the side of the machine to find out where i could find the espresso refill caps, the lady on the phone should never be allowed to answer calls!
How rude! "sorry sir we dont sell that anymore" ok i get it companys start and stop selling things all the time.
But when i asked her where could i possibly find it, once again "sorry sir we dont sell that anymore'
after ten minutes of listening to a parrot i decided not to continue with the useless conversation.
How can Homemark sell a product to someone, stop selling it, and refuse to help your customer find out where you can get this product again.
Not good business!
