Never any stock and staff don't care

Yesterday became the fourth time in two months I walked out of Makro Woodmead, leaving a trolley of goods. The first two times were because there is no stock of Vitamin Water XXX flavour despite me giving it three weeks in between visits in order to restock. The third time I checked online whether there was stock of berry SuperJuice and when I couldn't find it on the shelf, the staff told me Makro doesn't even sell it. I was then surprised to turn around to see it on the shelf?!

The cherry on the cake though was yesterday when I went in to buy a Memre pillow. The only one I could find was one with a contour and wanted one without - I had previously bought one at Game. The sales staff once again told me that Memre doesn't make one like this! I told them that yes, they do, I in fact own one and I was told I then must be wrong!

As someone who grew up in a Makro, literally as Makro Germiston was built I played in the aisles, I am no longer willing to put myself through the pain of dealing with the bad attitudes and inefficiencies of staff.
