I purchased a set of headphones TDK MP100 on 20 August 2013 & I get the headphones (order 6399603) which does not have the cord length required as stated on the site. I immediately phone and am told that it will be escalated to the department that can check it. The next day, Im told to open the product as the box is wrong & if I have a problem I must call back. So I call back again & a collection request is done. The courier company collects 4days later than promised. On the 10th I receive an email that "An amount of R272 will be credited to your [URL Removed] profile". A week later & still no credit so I call again. I am told that the credit is there but I cant view it because of a cutover to a new platform and it will be done. Another week & I call again - still no credit and again I am told the exact same story. I get an email on 26th "I'm pleased to confirm that your refund has since been transferred to your profile on our new platform". I immediately log on and select to have this credit transferred to my bank account. No surprises then that the credit of R272 is still not in my bank account.By when will this be sorted? It is more than a month now?
