EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I have been a customer of Homechoice for quite some time and have never skipped a payment. Some time in July 2012 i ordered a 19 or 21 piece bedding set (Lerina) and the Hilton base set. When i eventually received the Base Set around August the one draw was damaged. I am STILL waiting for the CORRECT REPLACEMENT DRAWER. In October of 2012 I settled the Lerina bedding set and was only left with the bed which is R329.66 per month. This amount I pay every month without fail. They are now saying that I am in arrears as I owe over a R1000. WHERE? HOW? I have emailed them and explained it to SEVERAL of their RUDE and DISRESPECTING agents and until now STILL no feedback or response. All i get is RUDE agents phoning me about the so called ARREARS. I NEVER expected this kind of service from Homechoice and I am quite disgusted by this. My ACCOUNT is NOT BEING SORTED out and no one is interested in assisting me. This is very unprofessional from a company that phoned me every day to tell me what an important client I am. I just dont think its fair that I am being treated in this matter.
