I was at the Somerset Boardmans (My compliments to Estelle Esterhysen and her staff) on 06/10/13 and experienced great customer service where the staff ordered a set of sheets for me from Jhb according to the computer there was 11 available. I did get a confirmation text with reference numb 2031285. Today 3 days later I received a sms with no reference number and an incomplete message about an order that could not be fulfilled. When I did contact the call centre the attendant did not give me a name and it was clear that his grasp of the english language was not the best. I was informed that there was nothing to be done there is no stock, bit when I asked about if there was an alternate options I was told they cannot find my requested item and that was that. I asked again for an alternate option and asked for his name and without warning was but on hold for 2-3 min. Out of frustration I disconnected the call!!! I expect some contact ASAP to resolve this!!! I really want the requested item and I want an explanation as to why it too 3 days to get back to me with an incomplete sms and rude service!!!
